Ranch Rules

We hate to use the term "rules" because we want every hunter to feel as comfortable as possible when they hunt with us. We only want to state some terms that we would like followed on our ranches.

All hunters are required to sign a written contract/waiver prior to hunting dates. Contracts will be available upon booking time or by request. A deposit of half of the total amount due is required at the time the hunt is booked. The deposit can be made by check and is non-refundable within 90 days of the hunt. The remainder of the balance is due at the time of the hunt and can be paid by cash or money order. Checks are welcome but are due anytime up until two weeks before the hunt. We will do our best to work with you in case something unexpected happens causing you to miss your hunt.

Smoking is not allowed in the lodge, blinds, or any of the ranches' vehicles. Smoking is permitted in personal vehicles and outside of the lodge. Alcoholic beverages are permitted at the lodge only at the end of each evening hunt and only if all firearms are unloaded and safely put away.

In the event of a wounded animal, any blood will constitute as a kill, and full payment is expected. Be patient though, we will do everything possible to find your animal for you.

All hunters are required to possess a valid Texas hunting license including any required stamps. Any questions regarding hunting licenses, etc., can be answered by contacting Texas Parks and Wildlife at (800) 792-1112 or you can purchase a hunting license online.

Thank You!

As we wind down another season, we want to thank all of our hunters for their business and friendship. It's truly a pleasure to spend time with both new and returning hunters. As always, we strive to make everyone feel more like a friend than just a number.

Reserve Your Spot Early

Give us a call and reserve your spot for 2015 select hunts. We have a limited number of openings for spring turkey, dove and deer.
